1. Introduction

Welcome to Miggo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) define the rules and conditions governing your access to and use of the Miggo application and related services. By downloading, registering, or using Miggo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform. Miggo operates as a real-time voice-based social platform, enabling users to join audio rooms, communicate with others, and participate in interactive social experiences. To ensure a healthy and respectful community, all users are required to comply with the standards outlined in this document. We reserve the right to revise these Terms when necessary. Any updated version will take effect once published in the app. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.


2. Services Provided

Miggo offers a range of social and interactive features, including but not limited to:

· Live Voice Rooms: Join or host real-time audio conversations with other users.

· Social Discovery Features: Meet new people, participate in group discussions, and expand your network.

· Virtual Items & Gifting: Send and receive digital gifts within the app as a form of interaction.

· All use of Miggo services must comply with these Terms, our policies, and applicable laws and regulations.


3. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly forbidden and may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account:

Uploading or sharing illegal, violent, hateful, pornographic, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful content.

Deceiving, exploiting, threatening, or putting other users at risk.

Engaging in harassment, scams, fraud, gambling activities, or the spread of false or dangerous information.

Circumventing moderation systems, disrupting platform operations, or impersonating another individual.

Creating, sharing, or promoting any content involving minors, which is strictly prohibited.

Serious violations may be reviewed and acted upon promptly, including enforcement within 24 hours where appropriate.


4. Eligibility Requirements

Miggo is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older, or who meet the legal age requirement in their jurisdiction.

By using Miggo, you confirm that:
You meet the minimum age requirement;
You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms;
You agree to comply with our Privacy Policy and related guidelines.
If an account is found to belong to a minor, it will be terminated without notice.


5. Accounts and Access

Account Registration

Users may create an account using supported third-party authentication methods, such as Google login.

Account Ownership Each account is personal and belongs only to the individual who registered it. You may not create, access, or operate an account on behalf of another person without authorization. Suspension or Termination

Miggo may restrict, suspend, or permanently disable an account if:

These Terms are violated; User behavior poses a risk to the platform or community; Illegal or abusive activity is detected. Depending on the severity of the violation, enforcement may occur with or without prior notice. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account through Settings → Delete Account. Once deletion is confirmed:

All personal data, virtual assets, and balances will be permanently erased; The account cannot be restored; Virtual currency and items are non-refundable. This action is final and cannot be undone.


6. User Content and Community Rules

Users may submit or share text, audio, images, and other materials (“User Content”) while using Miggo. All User Content must comply with the following standards. 
6.1 Restricted Content
You may not post or distribute content that: 
Involves minors in any form 
Promotes harassment, intimidation, or bullying; 
Contains explicit, obscene, or sexual material; 
Encourages illegal or dangerous activities; 
Includes viruses, malware, or harmful code; 
Violates intellectual property or third-party rights. 
6.2 Responsibility for Content 
You are solely responsible for your User Content. Violations may result in: 
Content removal 
Temporary or permanent account suspension 
Legal action where required by law.


7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 License to Miggo

By submitting User Content, you grant Miggo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, modify, display, reproduce, and distribute such content as necessary to operate and promote the service.

7.2 Content Ownership

You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you upload or share on Miggo.

7.3 Platform Ownership

All software, trademarks, logos, designs, and service-related materials are the exclusive property of Miggo. Users are granted only a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes.

7.4 Moderation Rights

Miggo reserves the right to review, restrict, or remove any content at its discretion.


8. Data and Privacy

All personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains:

What information we collect;
How it is used and protected;
The rights and choices available to users.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Miggo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding:

Continuous availability or uninterrupted operation;
Accuracy, reliability, or quality of services;
Suitability for a specific purpose;
Absence of errors, security risks, or technical issues.
Use of the service is at your own risk.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Miggo shall not be responsible for:

Losses arising from your use or inability to use the service;

Content posted or actions taken by other users;

Unauthorized access to user accounts;

Technical failures, outages, or service interruptions.


11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miggo, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from:

Your use of the platform

Your violation of these Terms

Your infringement of the rights of others


12. Service Changes

Miggo may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

These Terms may also be updated to reflect:

Feature changes;

Legal or regulatory requirements;

Operational or security improvements.
